水流速對(duì)表冷器傳熱系數(shù)影響的分析

摘要: 【中文摘要】 通過(guò)能量守恒原理,推導(dǎo)出了表冷器傳熱系數(shù)與水流速的關(guān)系式;通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)和測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù),分析了表冷器傳熱系數(shù)的變化趨勢(shì)。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,水流速的增大能增強(qiáng)表冷器的傳熱效果,但傳熱系數(shù)隨水流速的增大而增大的趨勢(shì)變緩。 【英文摘要】 Through the energy conservation principle,the relationship between water flow velocity and heat transfer coefficient of air cooling coil was derived.Then by the experiments and test data,the trends of heat transfer coefficient was analysed.It indicated that the increase of water flow can enhance the heat transfer cooler effect,but the trend that heat transfer coefficient's increase with the increasing of the water flowwould become slow. 【中文關(guān)鍵詞】 表冷器; 流速; 能量守恒原理; 傳熱系數(shù)【英文關(guān)鍵詞】 air cooling coil; water flowvelocity; energy conservation theory; heat-transfer coefficient
